When you live somewhere else part of the year, small tasks become big headaches. Who lets the AC technician in? Who makes sure the fridge isn't empty when you land? We do.
Because we already check on your home through our home watch plans, we know your house, your preferences and your alarm codes. That makes us the easiest person to call when something needs to get done.
What we can do for you
Contractor, vendor and guest meets
- Let in contractors, repair technicians and service companies
- Meet pest control, pool, landscaping, cable and internet appointments
- Stay on site while work is done, if needed, and lock up afterward
- Let in guests, family or renters and walk them through the home

Get the house ready before you arrive

We bill monthly, not by the visit. You get one easy monthly bill, and we don't bill for the months you're in-residence.

Have a contractor, repair or project underway? We coordinate with your vendors and follow up to make sure the work gets done, and keep you posted along the way.

We take our time on every visit, inside and out, and send you a confirmation after each one, so small issues are caught early.

Concierge services are available to our home watch customers, so we already know your home and how you like things done.
Can you let contractors or service companies into my home?
Yes. We meet contractors, repair technicians, pest control, pool and cable or internet installers at your home, let them in, stay while they work if needed, and lock up when they leave. We'll let you know how it went.
Can you get my home ready before I arrive?
Yes. We open up the house, turn water and the water heater back on, set the AC to your preferred temperature, open shutters, set out patio furniture, stock groceries and arrange cleaning, so your home is ready when you walk in.
How is concierge work priced?
Errands and grocery shopping are billed at a flat hourly rate plus the cost of goods. Cleaning and larger jobs are priced by what your home needs. Ask us for a quote on anything you need done.
