What affects the price of home watch
Visit frequency
Weekly visits cost more than monthly ones, but we recommend weekly for most homes because of our heat and humidity. Most of our customers choose weekly, then bi-weekly.
Size and type of home
A larger home, or one with more bathrooms, appliances and systems, takes longer to check thoroughly.
Features and custom items
Pools, lanais, multiple AC units, vehicles or special requests on your custom checklist section can affect the time each visit takes.
New construction
New homes often need more frequent visits until the kinks are worked out, since roof leaks, plumbing leaks, wall cracks and AC issues are common.
Concierge add-ons

Do concierge services cost extra?
Yes. Concierge services are available to our home watch customers. Errands and contractor or guest meets are billed at a flat hourly rate, and opening or closing your home is quoted for your home.
