Home watch is best described as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Unlike a house sitter, our job is to reliably and thoroughly check on your home in your absence and act as your advocate if something happens.

No. Home watch doesn't provide 24/7 monitoring. It provides a regular physical presence at your home, plus peace of mind about its overall condition.

Yes. We are registered in Florida as Sunshine Sentry, LLC.

Absolutely. We carry General Liability, Professional Liability and a Bond. You may request a copy of our coverage at any time.

Accreditation by the National Home Watch Association means we have been background checked and carry appropriate General Liability, Professional Liability and Fidelity Bond coverage. Our services and content have been reviewed, we follow the industry's standard guidelines, and accreditation is renewed every year.

No. We ask for a signed Services Agreement so expectations are clear, but there's no time commitment at all and we don't bill for the months you are in-residence.

Because of Southwest Florida's hot summers and extremely high humidity, we recommend weekly checks. A lot can go wrong in a short period of time, like a failed AC unit leading to mold or a slow leak going unnoticed. Most of our customers choose weekly visits, with bi-weekly being the next most common. Monthly or as-needed visits are less common, but available.

We serve Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Estero, Fort Myers & Gateway, Iona, Lehigh Acres, Miromar Lakes, Punta Gorda and Deep Creek, and specialize in the Corkscrew corridor and Burnt Store communities.
