How often should my Estero home be checked?
Because of Southwest Florida's hot summers and extremely high humidity, we recommend weekly checks. A lot can go wrong in a short period of time, like a failed AC unit leading to mold or a slow leak going unnoticed. Most of our customers choose weekly visits, with bi-weekly being the next most common. Monthly or as-needed visits are less common, but available. We'll recommend the right plan when you request a quote.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We ask for a signed Services Agreement so expectations are clear, but there's no time commitment at all and we don't bill for the months you are in-residence.
